Q. Who moves all the furniture?

A. Customer will move it, or we have a company we can refer to you, you can deal with them directly.

Q. What if my doors no longer close?

A. If this occurs we would need to trim door (additional cost)

Q. What about moldings?

A. We supply and install shoe mold, we can also do baseboards if needed for job, we also supply transition strips

Q. Will installers have to move my water heater?

A. NO, we will just go around it.

Q. What if the sub-flooring is damaged?

A. We would have address it at the time of demo to see what the damage extent is and what additional cost to repair would be.

Q. Do I have to remove my old carpet?

A. We will remove and dispose for you

Q. Do I need to supply anything?

A. Depends on the type of work being done, this would be to be determined.

Q. How do I pick my floors?

A. We will bring samples or send you to our distributor in Charlotte.

Q. Do you supply the material?

A. We do but depends on what type of job, we can discuss further.

Q. How do I schedule my service?

A. We are just a phone call away to schedule.

Q. What if I need to reschedule?

A. No problem we can accommodate with reschedule.

Q. Do you do financing for your clients?

A. No unfortunately we do not, we do accept credit cards and checks.

Q. How much will new floors cost me?

A. This will depend on flooring choice, size, quantity etc.

Q. Do you offer free estimates?

A. Yes we do
