We hired Freeedom Renovation to replace our flooring in our Cornelius home. The customer service was excellent. Maria was very patient with me throughout the process and responded quickly to my questions. The finished product turned out beautiful. I love my new floors.

We contacted Freedom due to a water leak which caused damage to our kitchen hardwood floors and laundry room vinyl tile. We have hardwoods throughout the house, up and down stairs. Since we had to replace the damaged floors we knew we would have to have all floors refinished to match causing us to move all our furniture out of the house. At this time we decided to have other work performed in the house leading to unforeseen structural issues, dragging out our project and adding complicated timelines. Maria at Freedom was extremely helpful and patient. Maria and Chris helped us think through options, provide contacts and estimates and waited patiently for our other work to be completed. Once our new wood floors were installed and refinished (changing color from a lighter stain to a dark ebony stain), there were a couple of cosmetic 'oops' which Maria and Chris immediately came out to assess and schedule to have them corrected. Directly after their crew installed tile in our laundry room. Both the hardwoods and tile look beautiful! Communication was always quick, reliable and comfortable which helped a very difficult and frustrating project go smoothly.

We LOVED working Maria and Chris at Freedom Restorations! They worked with us beautifully to install the floors we absolutely adored. We have never chosen flooring before, so we definitely took our time and they were so patient with us. When it came time for the flooring to be installed, their workers were on-time, efficient, clean, and very courteous. I highly, highly recommend working with this great team!

Freedom Floors arrived on time, removed the old flooring and installed the new flooring in three days, approximately 200 sf. We particularly liked the way he married the existing flooring with the new in a very pleasant look in the hall and family room. The only minor thing was leaving the old flooring on the lawn for two days due to trucks being too full to haul the wood away.

From start to finish, Maria and her team were awesome. Extremely professional, easily accessible for questions and the quality of the work was fantastic. There were really no negatives at all. We are very happy we chose Freedom and would highly recommend them!
